Youth Group Mission Statement

The FUMC youth group will strive to step out of our comfort zone to serve, live, love and be examples of a Christ-centered foundation for our generation and community. 

Core Values

Accountable - As members of our church family and youth group we hold each other accountable in Christian faith. James 5:16-20

Serving - We are community based in order to serve our neighbors. Philippians 2:3-4

Prepared - We are prepared to talk about and live out our Christian faith.

Unified - We will love each other deeply as siblings in Christ, while always making space at the table for others. Ephesians 4:1-6

Jesus Focused - We believe that salvation is from God through Jesus Christ, and we seek to glorify Christ in all we do and say. Galatians 2:20

Magnetizing - We will attract others to the life of discipleship with our enthusiasm about God’s reign. Acts 2:43-47

Encouraging - We will encourage each other in our transformation as disciples 1 Thessalonians 5:11
