Welcome to Dyersburg First United Methodist Church!
This congregation was established in 1842 and has continued to serve the
community through the years. The present facility was constructed
over a number of years with earliest being the sanctuary, built in the
1920's and the latest being the Family Life Center, built in 2000.
However, we are much more than buildings!
Dyersburg First United Methodist Church is a family of faithful people who
are committed to Jesus Christ and His work on earth. You will find us
to be a dynamic, Christ centered fellowship with many opportunities for
service, worship, fellowship and spiritual growth. At Dyersburg First
United Methodist Church we continually strive for all things to be done to
the glory of God. We are a church with a heart for God, in the heart
of town.
